About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and provide input on legal technology adoption initiatives
• Design and prepare playbooks for best practices in innovation technologies
• Organize presentations, reports, and executive briefings
• Collaborate on initiative prioritization with leadership and practice groups
• Develop objectives, success metrics, and timelines for technology adoption
• Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Drive technology pilots and continuous improvements within practice groups

Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal practice experience and hands-on legal technology adoption experience
• Active member of the bar or registered in-house counsel in relevant jurisdictions
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) required
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving legal technologies
• Understanding of large law firm financial processes and work allocation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and firm applications following orientation

Pay

$225,000 – $285,000 annually
