A member of the production support team of multi-skilled, cross-trained individuals responsible for all required process equipment.

Assist Press and Coater crews in performing quality checks and meeting manufacturing goals.
Ensure timely availability of ink, coating, adhesive, and solvent for maximum efficiency of Press and Coater/Laminator.
Prepare inks, coatings, and adhesives for upcoming jobs, including color matching to standards prior to start-up.
Follow written recipes and formulations for preparing WETS for each finished good.
Manage required daily inventory control.
Prepare WETS for upcoming jobs and return WETS for finished jobs.
Ensure all quality checks are performed.
Receive inks, coatings, and solvents.
Prepare hazardous material for shipment.
Maintain all parts in good condition and perform appropriate preventive maintenance on equipment.
Operate forklift.
Observe and make recommendations on safety, quality, and production issues.
Perform daily and periodic cleaning to maintain 5-S standards throughout the manufacturing area.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Basic knowledge of computer software and functions.
