Position
RUSH Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Injury Prevention-WorkStrategies Specialist.
About the role
This is a great opportunity for an athletic trainer, exercise physiologist, EMT, PTA, COTA, or individual of a similar background. This position is on-site at iHerb in Elgin, IL.
Responsibilities
- Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort
- Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions
- Job coaching and behavior modification, both 1:1 and in group settings
- Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics
- Office ergonomics
- Health and wellness consultation
- Document and report on employee encounters
- Regular communication with both client and Select leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
- Minimum one year of experience
- CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions
Qualifications
- Experience in an industrial setting

Pay
$30.00 - $37.00, hourly, based on years of experience
Schedule
10-12 hours per week (3 days a week), varying afternoon/morning shifts
