- Ongoing learning via ATI Academy, BOC classes (ATI Provider), structured mentorship, and leadership training.
Responsibilities
- Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
- Observe employee work performance, assess body mechanics, determine risk, and create mitigation plans.
- Perform and document all employee treatments within the workplace efficiently and completely, integrating feedback through coaching for continuous improvement.
- Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
- Proactively address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to eliminate injury contributions.
- Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
- Identify, develop, and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics.
The duties described are not comprehensive; additional tasks may be assigned as business demands change.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training.
- Other qualified disciplines: Associate degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Allied Health; or 2 years’ experience in a Military healthcare setting.
- Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
- Basic Life Support and AED certification.
- BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC (preferred).
