NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Injury Prevention-WorkStrategies Specialist.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday (8am-6pm)

Compensation

$50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on years of experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
• Minimum one year of experience
• CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions

Skills

• Assessment and triage of workplace injuries
• Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation
• Job coaching and behavior modification
• Education and training on injury prevention
• Office ergonomics consultation
• Health and wellness consultation
• Document and report on employee encounters
• Regular communication with clients and leadership
