About the role
This position is open to anyone with one of the following credentials: Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Athletic Trainer.
Responsibilities
- Provide injury prevention education and training to employees
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement corrective measures
- Develop and implement workplace safety programs
- Assess and manage employee health and wellness initiatives
- Collaborate with management and HR to develop and implement injury prevention strategies
- Document and report on injury prevention activities and outcomes
Requirements
- License required: Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Athletic Trainer

Qualifications
- Experience in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or athletic training
- Knowledge of workplace safety and injury prevention best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
