About the role

This position is open to anyone with one of the following credentials: Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Athletic Trainer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide injury prevention education and training to employees
  • Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement corrective measures
  • Develop and implement workplace safety programs
  • Assess and manage employee health and wellness initiatives
  • Collaborate with management and HR to develop and implement injury prevention strategies
  • Document and report on injury prevention activities and outcomes

Requirements

  • License required: Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Athletic Trainer
  • Desire to change the world of workplace safety and injury prevention

Qualifications

  • Experience in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or athletic training
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and injury prevention best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
