About the role

Join our team as a Water Specialist. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing water quality standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate water treatment systems to ensure water quality meets regulatory standards.
• Monitor water quality parameters and report deviations to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Provide technical support to customers regarding water usage and conservation.
• Document all activities and maintain records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in water treatment or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of water treatment processes and regulations.
• Experience with water testing equipment and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend shifts required.
