About the Role

You will support our team as an Injection Molding Technician on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday) at our Beverly, MA location.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.
• Performs routine tasks (e.g., fabrication, testing).
• Follows instructions closely and documents work accurately.
• Works under close supervision, receiving instruction, guidance, and direction from senior-level roles.
• Basic knowledge of material handling and auxiliary equipment (e.g., dryers, conveyors, chillers).
• Performs mold setup using standard tools and procedures under supervision.
• Familiarity with different molding processes (e.g., injection, compression, blow, thermoforming).
• Basic understanding of part measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and part drawings.
• Learning to identify and report common molding defects.
• Demonstrates basic communication skills; listens actively and follows instructions.
• Shows initiative in learning and completing assigned tasks reliably.
• Understands the importance of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or associate's degree preferred.
• Entry-level role with willingness to learn.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $26.00 to $28.00 hourly, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule

2nd shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday (on-site in Beverly, MA).
