Injection Molding Process Technician (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot injection molding process related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Operate and maintain injection molding process equipment
• Operate overhead crane
• Maintain injection process standards
• Collaborate with the injection team to identify and implement improvements related to TRP, cycle time, and scrap.
• Have the ability to start a robot

Requirements

• High school diploma / GED
• 2+ years of experience with new mold set-up and process plastic injection mold machines
• 2+ years of experience with the identification of injection plastic defects after the manufacturing process

Schedule

Position is on 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 2PM - 10:30PM, OT as necessary)
