Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in plastics manufacturing or a related industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with automation and process control systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
