Infusion Nurse - Per Diem

We have a team-oriented career opportunity to join our company as a PRN RN to take care of infusion medicine patients supporting teams in our Pasadena and Sugar Land locations. As a fundamental part of our patient safety and service program, our Infusion Nurses work closely with our physician, clinical staff, and management team.

Responsibilities

• At least 5 years’ experience as a RN is required.
• At least two years of experience working with infusion medicine patients, ED, or PACU is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends
• Demonstrated knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
• Knowledge of PICC line management is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule depending on the needs of the patients.
• Should be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
• Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Active RN license in Texas is required.
• BCLS is required within the first three months of hire.
