Responsibilities
- Administer IVIG, biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered.
- Appropriate patient education.
- Completing comprehensive nursing assessments.
- Establishing peripheral intravenous lines as well as accessing/maintaining central venous lines (PICC lines, Implanted port, Midlines).
- Efficient and timely submission of clinical records.
- Meditation preparation and administration.
- Triage infusion patient inquiries.
- Provide clear communication and collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
- Participates in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care delivery offering suggestions and assistance towards the continuous quality improvement of patient care.
- Adheres to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient care.
- Management of AIC required documentation.
- Cleaning and disinfecting of all patient care areas in AIC.
- Management of AIC supplies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of and complies with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties.
- Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Valid state issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions on that license.

Requirements
- Current RN Licensure by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
- Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g. CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy.
- Administrative Oversight: Responsible for providing administrative oversight, including monitoring of workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing resources efficiently to meet organizational objectives.
- Emergency Availability: Must be available to respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on operations.
- Availability during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the emergency.
