Infusion Nurse - Home Infusion
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections where posting has real specific content. Avoid filler. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse content: - Description: "Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Longmont, CO and immediate surrounding area. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! Application Window Close Date: 10/25/2026" The Application Window Close Date is metadata; we can fold into short
or drop? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short
with that date maybe. - "Soleo Health Perks: Competitive Wages Mileage Reimbursement & Paid Drive Time 401(k) with a Match Referral Bonus Paid Time Off Great Company Culture" This is benefits. - "The Position: The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for assigned patients including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy and/or related nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting." That's about the role. - "Responsibilities include:" then list bullet points. - "Schedule: Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm- variable schedule to include: days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed- Per Diem- 10-20 hours per week Must have a minimum of 2-3 days availability to see patients during the week Must be knowledgeable and have used the following IV access devices to include: IV lines, accessing ports, and administration of Infusion medications (to include PIV skills, central lines, PICCS, troubleshooting infusion pumps) Must be able to drive up to 1 hour to see patients in their homes (we offer mileage reimbursement and hourly rate of pay- even when driving!) Must be comfortable administering infusions to patients in their homes Must be licensed as an RN in Colorado - in good standing" - "Requirements Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing. State of Colorado RN degree, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required Administrative Oversight: Responsible for providing administrative oversight, including monitoring of workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing resources efficiently to meet organizational objectives Emergency Availability: Must be available to respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on operations. Additional computer knowledge of the following programs: AlayaCare, Insight, CPR+, Concur, and Paylocity helpful Valid state issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions on that license" - "About Us: Soleo Health is an innovative national provider of complex specialty pharmacy and infusion services, administered in the home or at alternate sites of care. Our goal is to attract and retain the best and brightest as our employees are our greatest asset. Experience the Soleo Health Difference! Soleo’s Core Values: Improve patients’ lives every day Be passionate in everything you do Encourage unlimited ideas and creative thinking Make decisions as if you own the company Do the right thing Have fun! We are dedicated to hiring diverse talent and to ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and provided an equal opportunity to thrive. Our commitment to these values is evidenced by our diverse executive team, policies, and workplace culture. Soleo Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer, celebrating diversity and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Soleo Health does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender identity, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an organization, parental status, military service or other non-merit factor." We need to remove EEO boilerplate (the last paragraph about non-discrimination). Also remove "Keywords:" line. We need to keep substantive info: description, perks/benefits, about the role, responsibilities, schedule, requirements, about us (core values maybe). Also salary description: "$42.00-$52.00 per hour". That's pay. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. - About the role: we have description of position (The Position...). So include. - Responsibilities: we have list. Include. - Requirements: we have license, RN degree, BSN preferred, advanced cert preferred, admin oversight, emergency availability, experience, computer skills, driver's license. That's requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we could treat qualifications as preferred qualifications (BSN, certifications, experience). However we have both requirements and qualifications; we could combine but instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could merge qualifications into requirements or have separate if distinct. The posting includes "RN degree, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred" and "Advanced certification ... preferred but not required". Also "Minimum 3 years nursing experience...". Those could be qualifications. But we also have license requirement. Could split: Requirements: license, driver's license. Qualifications: education, certifications, experience, computer skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Might be okay to have both if they have substantive content. - Skills: maybe we have IV access devices knowledge, pump troubleshooting, etc. Could be skills. But we could also include under responsibilities or qualifications. Might be thin. - Benefits: we have perks: Competitive Wages, Mileage Reimbursement & Paid Drive Time, 401(k) with a Match, Referral Bonus, Paid Time Off, Great Company Culture. Also mention mileage reimbursement and hourly rate of pay even when driving. So benefits section. - Pay: we have salary description $42.00-$52.00 per hour. Also mention competitive wages. So Pay section. - Schedule: we have schedule details. So Schedule section. - About Us: we have core values and mission. Could be "About the company" but not in list of allowed headings. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "About Us". So we might need to incorporate About Us content into another section, maybe under About the role? Or we could drop it? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep About Us content somewhere. Since there is no heading for About Us, we could embed it as a
under About the role or maybe as a separate section with a heading not in list? But we must use only those headings for section headings. It says: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we can use those headings; we could also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely we should only use those headings. But we need to preserve About Us info; we could put it under About the role as a paragraph describing the company. That seems okay.
Thus structure:
About the role
About the role

The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for assigned patients including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy and/or related nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.
About Us: Soleo Health is an innovative national provider of complex specialty pharmacy and infusion services, administered in the home or at alternate sites of care. But we need to remove EEO boilerplate; we already omitted the non-discrimination list. The "Equal Opportunity Employer" line maybe borderline but it's part of EEO; we should remove that line as well. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". So remove any EEO statements. So we should remove "Soleo Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer, celebrating diversity and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Soleo Health does not discriminate in employment on the basis of ...". So we keep only the commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion part but not the specific non-discrimination list.
