Key Responsibilities
- Install cable trays, ladder racks, basket tray, and overhead fiber raceways
- Aid in the layout and build-out of pathway systems based on drawings and supervisor direction
- Secure and support pathway systems to meet basic build standards
- Help expand or modify existing pathways as projects grow
- Cable Routing Support
- Assist with routing fiber and copper cabling through overhead pathways
- Maintain clean and organized pathways to support airflow and serviceability
- General Labor & Site Support
- Work on ladders and lifts to support overhead builds
- Transport materials, tools, and hardware across the job site
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 0–2 years of experience in construction, warehouse, landscaping, moving, or other physical labor roles
- Comfortable working with hands, tools, and in active job site environments
- Ability to work at heights (ladders/lifts) and perform overhead work
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn a new trade
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Any experience with cabling, electrical, or low-voltage work
- Basic understanding of tools, construction practices, or blueprint reading
- OSHA 10 or similar safety training
- Someone with construction, warehouse, landscaping, mechanical, ect experience looking to break into a technology environment
- Individuals who prefer hands-on, physical work over desk jobs
