Infrastructure Engineer - L1

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with daily walk-throughs, equipment checks, and system monitoring
• Support preventive maintenance efforts under the guidance of senior staff
• Support response to basic infrastructure alarms under supervision

Learning & Development

• Participate in on-the-job training for MEP systems, procedures, and site protocols
• Learn standard operating procedures (SOPs), emergency protocols, and basic troubleshooting
• Follow safety practices including use of PPE, hazard awareness, and lockout/tagout

Documentation & Safety

• Accurately log maintenance activities, site conditions, and any observed issues
• Keep infrastructure spaces organized, clean, and in compliance with safety standards
• Participate in safety training and assist with the upkeep of safety-related records

Tool & Vendor Support

• Track tool use and inventory; ensure proper handling and return of shared equipment
• Aid with vendor access, escorting, and light on-site coordination as needed

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to access mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, and confined workspaces
• May be required to bend, crouch, reach, or walk the facility during the shift
