Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the design and deployment of CTI Platform services in line with enterprise architecture standards.
• Create and sustain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks.
• Facilitate complex implementations through automation and standardized deployment patterns.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and platform teams to enhance service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency.
• Promote DevOps best practices, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, specializing in enterprise-scale platforms and services.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience creating Ansible playbooks and automation tools.
• At least 2 years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) toolchains, including Git (preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower.
• Proficient in Python scripting for automation and tooling.
• Proficient in Bash/Shell scripting.
• At least 2 years of experience operating within a DevOps environment and adhering to its practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across various teams.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience with container technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience with data platforms such as Redis, MongoDB, SingleStore, and CockroachDB.
