Infrastructure Cloud Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration.
• Build, configure, and support Azure cloud environments including compute, networking, storage, security, and monitoring services.
• Manage cloud infrastructure lifecycle, including deployment, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
• Implement cloud best practices for reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to support cloud-based applications and services.
• Automate operational processes and improve infrastructure deployment workflows.
• Monitor system performance, resolve infrastructure issues, and ensure high availability of cloud services.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code automation.
• Experience managing cloud resources, networking, security, and infrastructure operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and infrastructure best practices.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and configuration management tools is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.
• Experience working in DevOps environments and CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud security and governance practices.
