Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Senior Scheduler, ANS
About the role
The Senior Scheduler will develop and implement the project planning and scheduling controls strategy, including roles for both Business Partners (BP) and contractors. They will adhere to financial, business, and project processes across all project stages, providing schedules to support accurate estimating, benchmarking, and interface planning. The role involves coordinating internal and external schedule benchmarks and ensuring readiness for future phases, preparing and managing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)/Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), implementing and monitoring detailed and summary schedules throughout the project lifecycle, developing and integrating schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans into the risk and change processes, establishing a project-wide progress measurement and reporting system with clear roll-up structures, generating and presenting schedule reports and project updates to relevant stakeholders, and supporting project closeout planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project planning and scheduling controls strategy
- Adhere to financial, business, and project processes across all project stages
- Provide schedules to support accurate estimating, benchmarking, and interface planning
- Cook up and manage WBS/CBS in collaboration with the Cost Engineer
- Implement and monitor detailed and summary schedules throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and integrate schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans into the risk and change processes
- Establish a project-wide progress measurement and reporting system with clear roll-up structures
- Generate and present schedule reports and project updates to relevant stakeholders
- Support project closeout planning
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management
- Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs
- Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identification
- Ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends, and clearly communicate mitigation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct, solve problems, and operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment
Bonus points if you have
- Data center design and construction delivery experience
- Proficient and expert experience level using project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Suite)
- Schedule risk analysis experience and familiarity with related planning tools
- Experience supporting executive reporting, recovery planning, or schedule governance in complex capital programs
- Organized and detail-oriented
Pay
$140,000 - $165,000 per year
