Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Quality Inspector, ANS
About the role
You’ll execute the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program. You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving—smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before. Working alongside project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists, you’ll blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI to transform how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and observations of civil, mechanical, and electrical works
- Verify contractor QA/QC testing, reporting, and compliance with specifications
- Issue, track, and close Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and RFIs
- Review and manage drawing revisions, redlines, and as-built documentation
- Maintain quality logs, inspection records, and final QA documentation
- Support acceptance walkdowns, punch lists, and final handover documentation
- Coordinate with site management and contractors to resolve quality issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in renewables, utilities, or heavy construction projects
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes (ISO9001 and ISO45001) and construction standards
- Experience working in a field-based construction environment
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
Pay
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The provided range applies to roles hired in select U.S. states as required by local law.
