Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Senior Program Manager, ANS

About the role

This role will lead day-to-day management of multiple major capital projects within a complex aviation environment. The position provides executive-level guidance on program strategy, risk management, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring projects are delivered with minimal disruption to live airport operations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with airport leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and regulatory agencies to drive alignment, execution, and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program management for multiple capital projects
• Provide executive-level advisory on program strategy and risk analysis
• Mentor a multidisciplinary Executive Program Management team
• Ensure capital projects consider live airport operational constraints
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program risk register

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program management or owner's representation experience for major aviation capital projects
• Expertise in Design-Bid-Build and other delivery methods
• Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills
• Proven leadership and collaborative abilities across stakeholder groups
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Pay

$250,000 – $300,000 annually
