Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Construction Manager, ANS

About the role

You’ll help develop and deliver factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving—smarter, safer, and more sustainably. Working alongside project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists, you’ll blend real‑world experience with digital innovation and AI to transform how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scopes, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications.
• Administer construction contracts from inception to closeout.
• Oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials.
• Manage subcontractor engagement and enforce health & safety onsite.
• Review project progress for quality and compliance with drawings/specifications.
• Lead and document project meetings with owners, architects, and construction managers.
• Report to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality matters.
• Work onsite at client locations, collaborating in‑person as needed while maintaining flexibility to support work/life needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience working in hyper‑scale data centers (preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, management techniques, methods, and materials.
• Outstanding negotiating skills.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.

Pay

Salary range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year. Compensation varies based on office location, role, skill set, and experience. Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia, or Washington.
