Infrastructre Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimize queries and performance tuning for database.
• Enter, Analyze systems data as per requirement.
• Develop strategies, design, implement custom code, scripts, database technologies and data science applications.
• Use advanced Excel functions to generate spreadsheets and pivot tables.
• Cook with concerned department to establish business needs and understand data for developing real time analytical models.
• Consolidate the data and develop ETL solutions using R and Python and process data to provide strategies.
• Extract, Compile data using datamining tools.
• Trouble-shoot and bug fixes.
• Maintains, monitors, and supports the infrastructure environment and/or facilities.
• Follows defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve problems.
• Makes sure system-operating capacity in terms of (e.g., disk space, storage, and CPU utilization).
• Recommends settings changes to the operating system to improve performance and reliability.
• Develops, maintains, recommends, documents, and supports tools and back-end utilities to provide capacity planning management.
• Makes sure database performance and recommends changes.

Requirements

• The minimum educational requirement is a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology.
