InfraRED Studio Instructor

About the role

We are seeking experienced instructors in Yoga, Pilates, and/or Barre to join our InfraRED Studio at Best. Gym. Ever.. Our studio offers a premium, boutique-style environment designed to deliver intentional movement, elevated coaching, and real results.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, inclusive, high-energy boutique experience
• Lead safe, effective, and engaging InfraRED classes for all levels
• Deliver intentional programming with clear coaching and alignment focus
• Begin and end every class on time — professionalism matters
• Own your class on the schedule and keep subbing to a minimum
• Partner with Fitness Leadership on scheduling, feedback, and studio standards
• Maintain studio cleanliness, excellence and uphold all Group Exercise policies

Requirements

• Yoga Alliance certification (RYT-200+) preferred
• Prior experience teaching Yoga (Vinyasa, Power, Restorative), Pilates, and/or Barre
• Strong understanding of alignment, breathwork, and intelligent class design
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Professional presence and high energy
• Heated studio experience preferred — but we’ll support the right coach

Qualifications

Seasoned or experienced instructor in Yoga, Pilates, and/or Barre

Skills

Strong in cueing, sequencing, and offering smart modifications

Competitive per-class pay: $35-$45 per class
