Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios and implement strategic solutions.
• Engage in hands-on technical work requiring creativity, precision, and a passion for technological innovation.
• Maintain safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely use material handling tools and equipment.
• Travel to or commute to data center locations as needed.
• Support data centers in various operational stages, including those still under development.

Requirements

• Active US citizenship and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Ability to travel to or commute to active data center sites as required by business needs.
• High School diploma or equivalent, plus 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment.
• Industry-standard certifications (CompTIA, CCENT, Network+).
• Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in network cabling and optic types.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Pay

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

• USA, VA, Stafford - $27.00 - $48.00 USD hourly

Schedule

This role supports data centers in various operational stages and may require travel to or commute to active data center sites as needed.
