Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios and implement strategic solutions.
• Engage in hands-on technical work that requires creativity, precision, and a passion for technological innovation.
• Maintain safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely use material handling tools and equipment.
• Travel to or commute to active data center sites as required by business needs.

Requirements

• Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers.
• 2+ years of data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations experience.
• 18+ months of experience with network cabling, optic types, and test equipment (VFL, power meter, OTDR, etc.).
• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience in an IT-related field (e.g. computer science, network engineering, etc.).
• Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in a relevant field (CCENT, Network+, CCNA).

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $30.00 - $54.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible schedule including days, nights, and/or weekends.
