Infra Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across both phases Discovery Assessment Planning Implementation Execution Enablement
- Drive integrated program governance across CloudOps DevSecOps and DRHA tracks Ensure adherence to schedule and quality objectives
- Onshore Leadership Act as the primary interface for customer stakeholder’s client leadership platform owners SMEs Lead governance forums steering committees and executive reporting Align business priorities with delivery scope and manage expectations
- Provisioning and configuration of cloud resources Infrastructure availability and operational readiness Monitoring logging ing and maintenance activities Ensure adoption of InfrastructureasCode IaC and automation practices
- Lead the rollout of standardized CICD processes and DevOps pipelines Automation of build test and deployment pipelines Release governance and approval workflows Toolchain standardization and environment management Ensure alignment with enterprise DevSecOps practices and security controls
- Drive design and implementation of enterprise DR strategy Azurenative DR architecture Replication and failover mechanisms DR runbooks and governance frameworks Oversee HA implementation and elimination of single points of failure Ensure RTORPO validation and resiliency testing outcomes
- Lead assessment activities covering CloudOps maturity monitoring automation operational processes DevOps pipeline maturity and tooling DR architecture and resiliency posture Ensure delivery of actionable recommendations and transformation roadmap
- Identify and manage Programlevel risks and mitigation strategies Crosstrack dependencies CloudOps DevOps DR Delivery bottlenecks and escalations Drive structured issue resolution and governance cadence
- Coordinate onshoreoffshore delivery teams across CloudOps DevOps and DR streams Ensure effective resource planning and utilization Provide direction to technical leads and architects Manage vendor deliverables and adherence to scope
- Establish and maintain program governance framework Weekly status dashboards Executive summaries KPI tracking availability deployment efficiency resiliency Ensure transparency on delivery progress risks and outcomes

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
