Responsibilities
- Manage incident communication
- Perform alert triage and impact assessment
- Support incident escalation

- Maintain situational awareness
- Document operational observations
- Partner with cross-functional teams for service restoration
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace
- AI-driven data analysis skills
- Proficiency with AI tools
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and operational judgment
- Ability to work under pressure
Schedule
- May require shift coverage and off-hours support
- Hybrid work schedule in Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC
