Infra Operations Engineer

About the role

Leverage AI to quickly identify, assess, and resolve critical service issues and major incidents, ensuring rapid detection and response.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident communication
• Perform alert triage and impact assessment
• Support incident escalation
• Use standard procedures to investigate and prioritize events
• Maintain situational awareness
• Document operational observations
• Partner with cross-functional teams for service restoration

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace
• AI-driven data analysis skills
• Proficiency with AI tools
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and operational judgment
• Ability to work under pressure

Schedule

• May require shift coverage and off-hours support
• Hybrid work schedule in Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC
