Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios and implement strategic solutions.
- Engage in hands-on technical work that requires creativity, precision, and a passion for technological innovation.
- Support the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
- Work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain.
- Collaborate with people across AWS to help deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Regularly participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
- Work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in primary responder rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Work in cramped and/or elevated and/or noisy environments.
- Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
- Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation.
- Travel to or commute to active data center sites as required by business needs.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in any of the following or similar technical or vocational roles: Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, Data Center Operations.
Skills
Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment. Industry standard certifications (CompTIA, CCENT, Network+).

Pay
The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
USA, TX, Clifton - 25.00 - 44.00 USD hourly
