Information Technology Project Manager

About the role

This hybrid position is based in Columbus, OH, with onsite work required Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over complex enterprise portfolios and programs.
• Establish vision, priorities, and value-delivery roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
• Oversee portfolio governance, Agile program delivery, and value realization.
• Develop executive dashboards, risk mitigation strategies, and AI-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and support Project Managers across the organization to foster delivery excellence and Agile maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Seven or more years of project management experience, including five years leading enterprise Agile programs.
• Proven experience with enterprise Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management, dependency management, and financial governance.
• Certifications such as PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are required; additional certifications in Lean Portfolio Management, AI, or Agile transformation preferred.
