About the role
An IT Project Manager (AI) position is available in St. Louis, MO for a full-time, hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Set strategic portfolio vision and investment roadmaps in collaboration with executive leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
- Led enterprise PI Planning, portfolio Kanban, and milestone management using AI-enhanced Agile platforms.
- Govern enterprise risk frameworks using AI-powered analytics to model scenarios and drive executive decision-making.
- Define and monitor portfolio-level KPIs, OKRs, and value realization metrics aligned to business strategy.
- Manage complex multi-vendor, multi-stream programs covering requirements, development, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise Agile programs.
- PMP and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Fellow certification; AI or Lean Portfolio Management certs preferred.
- Mastery of Agile at scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Disciplined Agile) and enterprise Agile transformation experience.
- Advanced data and analytics literacy, including experience with AI/ML pipelines and analytics-driven portfolio decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration / MIS, or equivalent work experience.
Qualifications

- Shape company-wide technology and delivery strategy.
- Lead an Agile Center of Excellence.
