Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors
- Support software selection processes, including guiding business leadership in the decision-making process
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets
- Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues appropriately
- Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
- Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation with business and technical teams
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and project outcomes
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams across multiple locations
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Requires 7+ years of professional experience with minimum of 3+ years of project management experience with a track record of delivering complex department-level and enterprise-scale projects
- Strong background in technology and IT projects (software implementations, infrastructure, digital transformation, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in change management, helping organizations adopt new tools, processes, or systems
- Solid skills in requirements definition and translating business needs into actionable project plans
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to details
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Project tracking software such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification
- Background in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
