Information Technology Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams, including designers and software engineers, to deliver products and services iteratively, meeting mission and user needs.
• Serve as the IT expert on systems analysis, engaging with customer agencies to perform needs assessments and translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Work with business, program, and IT leadership to define and manage product direction, including development, analysis, and evaluation of products.
• Analyze and clearly communicate complex technical and programmatic issues to all organizational levels.
• Proactively manage risks to product roadmaps, interpret policy and regulatory requirements, resolve conflicts, and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the full product lifecycle in cloud-based environments using modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
• Background collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams to define product objectives, priorities, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Experience applying human-centered design and iterative practices (usability testing, information architecture, interaction design, content strategy, service design).
• IT Competencies required: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem-Solving.
