Information Technology - Intern
About the role
CORE Electric Cooperative is the largest member-owned electric distribution cooperative in Colorado, dedicated to providing reliable, affordable, clean, and safe electric service to communities. Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Troubleshoot issues pertaining to workstations, AV, printers, and phone concerns.
- Provide support in person and over the phone.
- Complete assigned work by due dates and times.
- Assist in any area within the IT department.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary by the business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program related to Information Technology, Cyber Security, computer science, or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Proficient with general office equipment.
