About the role

Join our IT/Data Analytics Co-op/Intern program to gain hands-on experience in various departments. This role involves supporting project planning, execution, and reporting, collaborating with manufacturing and business teams, and developing data analysis and machine learning models. Locations include: Marysville, Ohio; Raymond, Ohio; Torrance, California.

Responsibilities

• Creating reports, dashboards, and documentation that meet ISO standards
• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends
• Conducting simulations to predict system behaviors
• Presenting findings to stakeholders
• Translating technical insights into actionable strategies

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Relevant coursework in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Minimum 2.5 GPA and current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program
• Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
