During your co-op rotations, you will work closely with experienced professionals as an active member of a diverse and innovative team to provide safe, reliable, and smooth operations for Lubrizol. This opportunity will provide you with real-world experience to bring to your future full-time career.
Responsibilities
As a member of the program, you will explore a variety of opportunities in the main areas of our department:
- Data Intelligence
- Develop and implement interactive visualization tools
- Utilize complex datasets to gain a robust skill set in data analyzation and algorithm assessment
- Teams include Data Engineering and Data Platform Development
- SAP & ERP Services
- Design and deliver solutions for internal and external business partners
- Utilize enterprise resource planning systems (SAP) and other integrated software
- Gain a valuable skill set in business operations and customer relations
- Governance & Process Excellence
- Design, implement, and monitor systems and processes to improve organizational efficiency
- Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Management (Agile and Waterfall), and process mapping software
- Teams include Project Management and Business Process Excellence
- Application & Infrastructure
- Create, support, and enhance new and existing applications for internal use
- Utilize tools to ensure secure and efficient solutions
- Gain a resourceful skill set in automated scripting, workflows, and business process
- Teams include Automation and Integration, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Customer Relationship Management, E-Commerce, Hardware Services, Hybrid Data Centers, Low-Code Applications, Modern Workplace, Network Operations and Engineering
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Active student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or other business or engineering related fields
- Able to commit to three or more alternating semesters
Preferred Qualifications
- Students with a 3.0 or greater GPA will be given priority consideration
