INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATE
About the role
The Information Systems Division works in collaboration with programs and county agencies, to provide solutions to systems that assist families access essentials such as, but not limited to, medical services, care providers, groceries, and transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate support within the Regional Offices to users utilizing California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Information Technology (IT) equipment.
- Serve as a "Single Point of Contact" IT support analyst for all CDSS Regional Office users, including hardware and software support.
- To provide advice, consultation, and analytical problem solving assistance in complex end user computing.
Requirements
Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor I (IT Sup I), the Information Technology Associate (ITA) is responsible for providing immediate support within the Regional Offices to users utilizing California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Information Technology (IT) equipment.
Qualifications
