About the role
The incumbent provides associate-level Service Desk support, including daily phone/e-mail/ticket requests for all IT customers at the Canyon Springs Community Facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and problem resolution for IT customers.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage IT tickets and track progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex IT issues.
Requirements
Effective July 1, 2025, State employees are subject to a salary reduction of three percent in exchange for five hours per month of the Personal Leave.
Qualifications
Knowledge of:
- Microsoft Windows 11;
- PC Hardware, components, and accessories;
- Apple iOS;
- Microsoft Office 365;
- printer management;
- Microsoft Active Directory;
- Microsoft SCCM;
- Microsoft Intune;
- video conferencing.
