Job Description
Assist with manager duties to include timesheet approvals, and evaluations of her team of GDIT employees/subs
Avoid training and daily learning of skills when needed
Avoid assisting with any meetings that Manager or other supervisor cannot attend
Avoid assisting with keeping kb articles and data for techs up to date and disseminating data to team to assist with ticket closing
Avoid assisting techs with getting productivity up when they are not at standard.
