According to rules, we have headings: Qualifications, Skills. We could combine Qualifications (required) and Preferred Qualifications maybe under Qualifications? But we need to avoid filler. We'll create:
Qualifications
with required qualifications list.
Then Skills
with knowledge, skills and abilities (including preferred? maybe include preferred as part of Skills). We'll include both required and preferred? The "Preferred Qualifications" includes CISSP, CISA, CISM. Those are certifications; could be under Qualifications as preferred. But we can put them under Qualifications as bullet list.
Better: Qualifications (required) bullet list; Skills bullet list for knowledge, skills and abilities; maybe also include preferred certifications under Qualifications as optional.
We'll decide: Qualifications section includes required: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience, 2+ years leadership, Experience with Xacta AND eMASS, Agilist certification, DoD 8140.01 ISSM Intermediate Level Certification, Active TS/SCI.

- Benefits: there is a Benefits section after "How you’ll grow". Actually after "How you’ll grow" there is "Benefits At Chenega MIOS, we know that great people make a great organization...". So we have Benefits content.
We need to extract Benefits paragraph(s). The text:

We need to strip boilerplate: navigation, legal, EEO, etc. The "Tips from your Talent Acquisition Team" and links are likely boilerplate (application instructions?). The instruction says remove application instructions. Those links are likely application instructions? They are not exactly instructions to apply but informational. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove the "Tips from your Talent Acquisition Team" and the list of links. Also remove the "Chenega MIOS News-" link? Might be considered extra. Thus Benefits content: "At Chenega MIOS, we know that great people make a great organization. We value our team members and offer them a broad range of benefits. Learn more about what working at Chenega MIOS can mean for you." Then culture paragraph: "Our positive and supportive culture encourages our team members to do their best work every day. We could keep the "Learn more about what working at Chenega MIOS can mean for you." as part of benefits.
We'll output Benefits as Benefits
