Information Systems Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Formulates, develops, and implements integrated security systems and secures application architectures for the Firm.
• Deploys technologies with best practices and latest tools available from vendors and partners.
• Analyzes current computer and systems technology and available vendor offerings to establish optimum technology solutions; plans future enhancements and directions for the firm-wide computing infrastructure.
• Manages security-related projects leveraging collaboration and Firm-wide resources to manage information security risk.
• Executes against project deliverables through implementation, installation, configuration, and technical support of security systems infrastructure; coordinates tasks with other firm departments and third-party vendors as required.
• Works with management to negotiate exact technical requirements with 3rd-Party vendors.

Requirements

• Holds, at a minimum, an Associate’s degree, preferably in a computer or technology-related field and has a minimum of eight years of progressive responsibilities and broad-based information technology experience.

Qualifications

• Certified in one of the following commercial certifications: Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC).

Pay

The national average salary range for this role is $104,000 - $154,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
