About the role
Leverage your technical skills to support the LMS team at Arrow Exterminators. This position involves a variety of tasks from managing user accounts to generating detailed reports.
Responsibilities
- Support daily LMS administration tasks, including course assignments, enrollments, completions, and learner support.
- Manage user management activities such as account setup, troubleshooting, and access maintenance.
- Maintain LMS data accuracy and organization across learning paths, catalogs, and reporting structures.
- Monitor LMS inboxes, requests, and support tickets as assigned.
- Upload and organize training materials, including e-learning modules, PDFs, videos, quizzes, and job aids.
- Affirm the quality of online learning content through formatting and testing.
- Generate and distribute LMS reports related to course completion, compliance, participation, and learning activity.
- Track training metrics and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Identify and assist with data discrepancies and cleanup efforts.
- Assist with special projects related to training initiatives, system improvements, and process documentation.
- Participate in meetings related to learning operations and technology enhancements.
- Document LMS processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide general administrative support for Learning & Development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable learning and navigating technology platforms and systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in corporate training, e-learning, instructional technology, or employee development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with learning management systems or e-learning platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint design, or content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of reporting, spreadsheets, or data analysis.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
