Information Security Risk & Vulnerability Management Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Information Security Engineer to join their dynamic team in West Des Moines, IA.

About the role

As an integral part of the Developer Tools and Risk team, you will support enterprise technology lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, and risk mitigation activities.

• Support lifecycle and vulnerability management activities for developer tools and technology products.
• Analyze product usage, install base, vulnerability, and remediation data to identify risk areas and required actions.
• Coordinate with application teams and enterprise partners to drive remediation of end-of-life, end-of-support, and vulnerability-related items.
• Track open production tasks, remediation status, blockers, and escalations.
• Prepare clear status updates, action plans, and leadership-ready summaries.

Requirements

• Experience with information security, technology risk, vulnerability management, or software/product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable remediation plans.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple technology teams and drive follow-through on risk reduction activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting.
• Experience with backlog tracking, issue management, product ownership, or technology governance.
