Information Security Operations Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM Operations and Governance teams overseeing identity management activities
• Establish a repeatable operating model for consistent IAM outcomes
• Ensure IAM governance processes are executed consistently across the enterprise
• Align IAM activities to meet regulatory expectations
• Drive operational excellence in IAM services as mission-critical platforms
• Execute modernization initiatives including workflow automation and AI integration
• Define and report metrics to measure IAM performance and risk

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Experience applying automation and analytics to enhance IAM outcomes
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders, including audit and risk partners

Pay

• $208,245 – $354,017 annually
