About the role

Proactively engage with business units to identify IAM pain points, adoption barriers, and access challenges across various initiatives. Understand business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to ensure IAM solutions are aligned with real-world use cases. Influence stakeholders on new or significant changes to IAM enterprise solutions to promote effective adoption. Act as an Engagement Partner for IAM across business units, ensuring consistent engagement, alignment, and adoption of IAM capabilities. Gather and translate business requirements into structured inputs for IAM product and engineering teams, improving user experience and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify IAM pain points, adoption barriers, and access challenges across initiatives.
• Understand business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements.
• Influence stakeholders on changes to IAM enterprise solutions.
• Act as an Engagement Partner for IAM across business units.
• Gather and translate business requirements into structured inputs for IAM teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis, with a focus on IAM.
• Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding migrations or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments such as Azure, GCP, or on-premises Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of IAM security principles, including authentication, identity governance, privileged access management, MFA, and directory services.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
