Information Assurance (IA) Lead
Overview
VTG is looking for an Information Assurance (IA) Lead in multiple locations. This is a key position; locations include Chantilly, VA, Aurora, CO, and Springfield, VA. Positions are contingent upon program award.
What you will do
The key personnel shall have demonstrated, recent, and relevant experience working with senior Government managers on IA issues. The IA key personnel shall meet, at a minimum, the standards and certifications of IASAE Level III with recent and relevant IC, DoD, or Government experience in IT, IA, or INFOSEC, related fields, or IA disciplines.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with Polygraph required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM); advanced degrees or certifications in Business or STEM are desired
- Minimum 10+ years IA experience designing, developing, implementing, and integrating DoD IA architectures, systems, or system components within computing environments (CE), network environments (NE), and enclave environments, ensuring functionality and security
- Relevant experience in IA systems security engineering, including concept, design, development, implementation, and integration of a system or component end‑to‑end
- Experience with DoD IA Certification and Accreditation Process, ICD 503 policies, Government Certification and Authorization process, and NIST guidance for implementation with NRO
- IASAE Level III certifications: CISSP‑ISSEP, CISSP‑ISSAP
Pay
VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $195,000 – $220,000 annually, depending on geographic location. Offers may consider work experience, education, skill level, market considerations, and contractual requirements, which could result in an offer outside this range.
