Provides overall direction, guidance, and definition for the development of current and future information architecture required to meet business needs. Aligns IS architecture to match business needs, supports current IS strategies, identifies the business’s drivers to derive useful context, and analyzes the current IS ecosystem in Summit Hill Foods to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
