Informatics Data Analyst, Supply Chain, FT, 8A-4:30P

About the role

The Informatics Data Analyst 1 will support various stakeholders and end users, focusing on maintaining supply chain master data across multiple systems, project management, and system testing. This role involves working with large statistical data sets, performing automated uploads, troubleshooting complex PeopleSoft issues, and training end users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supply chain master data across multiple systems
• Project management
• System testing
• Automated uploads including Excel to component interfaces
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex PeopleSoft issues
• Support/train end users
• Create presentations and conduct live demos to train various teams throughout the organization
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or relevant field (or at least 4 years of healthcare or supply chain related experience)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to resolve problems, develop partnerships, and find resolutions with varying levels of difficulty
• Prior experience in PeopleSoft or a supply chain or healthcare based ERP system
• Experience with supply storage management solutions or vendor credentialing systems (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word

Pay

Estimated salary range for this position is $67,811.64 - $88,155.13 per year, depending on experience.
