Influencer Talent Agent
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove contact email? The instruction says remove application instructions. The contact email is likely application instruction; we should remove it. Also remove "Ready to Influence the Influencers?" maybe considered call to action; but it's part of job summary? Might be considered application instruction? It's a motivational line; we can keep as part of job summary? It's not boilerplate; but it's like a closing. Might be okay to keep as prose. However we need to avoid duplication.
We need to extract sections:
- About the role / About Clicks Talent? There's "About Clicks Talent:" paragraph. That could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate headings based on content. We have:
About Clicks Talent: description of company.
Job Summary: description of role.
What You’ll Do: list of duties (Talent Representation, Brand Partnerships, Relationship Building, Strategic Growth, Autonomous & Flexible Work). That's responsibilities.
You’ll Thrive if You: list of qualifications/experience/skills.
Why Join Clicks Talent?: list of benefits (Unlimited Earning Potential, Collaborate with Global Brands, Career Advancement, International Networking, Advanced Tools, Consistent Leads). Also compensation: "COMMISION ONLY – Earn between $1,000–$10,000 monthly based on performance (on average)". That's Pay.
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere). Job Type: Full-Time Freelance Contract (Flexible Hours). That's Schedule? Could be Schedule section.
We need to include sections only if real specific content. So we can have:
About the Company
maybe but instruction says About the role. Could use About the role for job summary. But we have both company description and job summary. Could combine? Better to have About the role (job summary) and maybe About the company not required heading. But we can include About the role as job summary. The company description could be placed under About the role? Might be okay to have a separate About the Company
but not in allowed list. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). Likely they expect those headings. We should stick to those. So we need to map content to those headings.
We have:
- About the role: could be Job Summary.
- Responsibilities: What You’ll Do.
- Requirements: maybe You’ll Thrive if You (experience, skills). Could be Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe also You’ll Thrive if You (experience). Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine into one section like Requirements/Qualifications. But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have:
About the role
(job summary)
Responsibilities
(list)
Requirements
(list of experience, skills, platforms)
Benefits
(list of why join)
Pay
(compensation)
Schedule
(location + job type)
We should not include Qualifications separate if we put in Requirements.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We must remove application instructions: contact email, "If you have any questions..." etc. Also "Ready to Influence the Influencers?" maybe considered call to action but not instruction; could keep as part of job summary? It's after benefits? Actually appears after benefits: "Ready to Influence the Influencers? If you’re passionate...". That's like a closing call to action; could be considered application instruction? It's encouraging to apply. Might be considered boilerplate? Safer to remove it.
Also remove "If you have any questions or haven’t received a response yet, feel free to reach out directly at mary@clickstalent.com!" That's application instruction.
Now compile content.
About the role: Job Summary paragraph: "As an Influencer & Talent Agent, you’ll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise, you'll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers."
We could also include the company description? Might be considered About the role? Not exactly. But we could incorporate company description into About the role? Might be okay to add a short paragraph about company under About the role? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we must not omit company description. So we need to include it somewhere. Could add a separate About the Company
but not in allowed list. However we could treat it as part of About the role? Might be okay to include both company description and job summary under About the role heading. The heading is About the role, but we can include company description as part of that section; it's still substantive. The heading may be slightly mismatched but acceptable? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests using those. Safer to stick to those headings and place company description under About the role as well.
Thus About the role section will contain two paragraphs: company description and job summary.
Responsibilities: list items from What You’ll Do.
