Influencer & Social Media Manager

About the Role
Purist is seeking an Influencer & Social Media Manager to build and scale creator and affiliate programs that promote our nutrition to athletes who train hardest. This hands-on role requires expertise in sourcing creators, negotiating deals, and maintaining an always-on affiliate engine while ensuring our organic social presence remains sharp, consistent, and on-brand. You will own two closely connected disciplines: influencer and affiliate marketing (the bulk of the role) and organic social planning and community management (a smaller but essential slice).
Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing (~40%)
- Source, vet, and recruit creators and influencers whose audience and content align with the Purist brand.
- Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and compensation directly with creators and their representatives.
- Manage day-to-day relationships across an active roster of influencer partners, from first outreach through campaign wrap.
- Coordinate product seeding, creative briefs, and content approvals to keep partners on-brand and on-schedule.
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data to refine the creator mix.
- Affiliate Program (~40%)
- Own and grow Purist's affiliate program end-to-end, from recruitment through ongoing partner management.
- Manage affiliate onboarding, commission structures, and payouts.
- Own the affiliate program budget, tracking spend against performance and ROI targets.
- Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, reach, and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners and platforms.
- Social Media (~20%)
- Plan and maintain the organic social content calendar across platforms.
- Schedule and publish content, ensuring voice, tone, and cadence align with the brand.
- Occasionally shoot or produce organic content to complement creator- and affiliate-sourced assets.
- Oversee community management, including monitoring and engaging with comments and DMs across channels.
- Partner with design and content teams to keep the social content pipeline full.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in influencer, affiliate/partnership, or social media marketing, with consumer brands required.
- Experience with CPG or fitness/wellness brands strongly preferred.
- A track record of managing an influencer or creator network, including sourcing talent and negotiating deliverables.
- Experience owning a program budget and reporting results against it.
- Strong social and conversational skills—comfortable being the voice of the brand in creator and community conversations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Denver/Westminster, CO area, with the ability to work onsite three days a week.

- Compensation: Base range of $100,000–120,000 annually plus bonus potential.
