About the role

Join our Digital team as a New York-based Influencer Marketing Associate working across Spirits brands!

Responsibilities

  • Supports day-to-day account management by corresponding and communicating with clients, managing influencer trackers, reporting, recaps, filing images, capturing all social content, call agendas, invoices, and budget management.
  • Manages and delegates responsibilities to junior staff, overseeing the daily workflow to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Oversees influencers during the execution of content creation and amplification campaigns from initial talent sourcing to content briefing, final content reviews, posting, and reporting.
  • Supports the planning and executing of influencer events and brand partnerships that coordinate with branded initiatives and offer organic content opportunities for partners and consumers.
  • Identifies and engages with potential influencer partners across all channels to build a pipeline of talent for clients, while managing product for influencer sampling opportunities and maintaining accurate budgeting for campaigns.
  • Curates guest lists for influencer events, overseeing the outreach, negotiation, contracting, and post-event approvals for all guests.
  • Develops recap materials post-campaign to measure and evaluate value, including ROI and other performance metrics.
  • Cultivates and maintains genuine relationships with influencers and content creators, fostering trust and mutual respect.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in the influencer marketing industry.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience mentoring and developing intern or full-time staff members.
  • Minimum of one year of experience participating in conversations and correspondence with clients on a day-to-day basis, including leading portions of regular calls and meetings.
  • Extensive knowledge in influencer social analytics related to the selection and evaluation of suitable influencers to meet campaign objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of social platform dynamics and influencer nuances, including influencer tiers and verticals.
  • Experience with influencer costs, pricing factors, and negotiation strategies.
  • Familiarity with the intersection of earned, owned, and paid media and experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with digital consumer trends and familiarity with lifestyle and luxury consumer marketing tactics.
  • Passion for the luxury consumer industry, as well as interest or experience in Wine, Home Goods, Art & Entertainment.

Pay

The salary range is $60,000-$66,000 annually.
